Lean In Conference : Womens' potential for Science and Technology

The "Lean in STEM" conference is the first Polish attempt to answer the question how (and why?) to support women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). And why it is important to do this on every accessible level: social initiatives, state public policy in education and social potential activation as well as the strategy of the socially responsible industry and business. We shall also debate on the importance of education in the STEM area and the need to prioritise it in the state’s policy. We will show inspiring examples of activities from all over the world. The conference will be the first forum for exchange of good practices in this area.
